Effective June 28, 2026. Here's what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't do.
When you fill out a form on this site (Get a Quote or Request a Quote) or call/email us, we collect:
Only the owner of River City Stripe Co. (Wey Yuede) reads your form submissions. We use Netlify to host the site and collect form submissions — Netlify's own privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy. We use Cloudflare for DNS and email forwarding — their policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We keep your contact information and job records as long as we need to support your job, send your warranty, and meet basic record-keeping requirements (typically 5 years for tax and warranty purposes). After that we delete it.
If you want to see what we have on file for you, correct it, or have it deleted, email paint@rivercitystripe.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Netlify and Cloudflare may set small technical cookies for security (e.g. detecting bots and preventing fraud). These are functional and not used to track you across sites.
This site is for adults running businesses, schools, and properties. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we ever change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. The version you accept at the time you submit a form is the one that applies to you.

Plain language commitment: This is a small, owner-operated local business. We have no interest in selling, sharing, or trading your information. We just need it to do the job and follow up afterward. If you ever have a concern about how we handle your information, call us — we'll fix it the same day.
