Cape Girardeau is our home base — and the largest commercial market in Southeast Missouri. Between the West Park Mall outparcels, the medical campuses on Mount Auburn, the SEMO University auxiliary lots, and the dense retail corridor along William Street, there are hundreds of striped commercial lots within a 10-minute drive of our shop. We can usually have a crew on a Cape Girardeau lot within 3–5 business days of your signed bid.

Jackson is the Cape Girardeau County seat and the fastest-growing market in our service area. The mix is different from Cape — fewer big-box retailers, more churches, schools, county-government lots, and a growing number of HOA / multifamily properties along Hwy 61. We can be in Jackson in under 15 minutes from our shop, so even small touch-up jobs are easy to bundle.

Scott City sits right on the I-55 industrial corridor, which means a different mix of work — distribution centers, industrial yards, school district lots, and a smaller cluster of retail along Main Street. Many of our Scott City customers prefer night-shift work to keep day operations moving, and we're set up to do it: backup generator, work lights, and reflective glass-bead paint for nighttime visibility.
